Neapolitan pizza is a style of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy, It is characterized by a puffy, light, airy rim that is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, made possible by slowly fermented dough and a high heat brick oven.

Neapolitan style pizzas are best when eaten fresh out of the oven when there is a perfect blend of both crunchy and chewy. However, reheating instructions can be found on our online ordering page if you choose to take your pizza home.
